The table below will give you an idea of the cost of the units. All units are 100 sq ft. The rental figures are set for the three year period of occupancy and a rent subsidy applies in the first three years.

Rents include cleaning of communal areas, waste removal, electricity and business rates.

The monthly payment to the University of Derby, who are the landlord, has three components, one the basic rental figure, a service charge and VAT.

Rents and service charges are reviewed annually. The prices shown apply from 1^st April 2011 to the 31^st March 2012.
